I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had anyone at Sephora be as attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful as she was. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, made great recommendations, and never made me feel rushed. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in my choices that I ended up spending $900. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable. Sephora is very lucky to have her—I will definitely be looking for Karishma the next time I’m in!

Ishrar was soooo patient and went through different shades until I was happy. We ended up going with a completely different line and a tint instead of foundation, who would have guessed. Ishrar made sure I found the coverage and look that I was looking for, not just what was popular. It's not just about expertise, it's about being patient and understanding what the guest wants. She definitely made me feel valued and I LOVE LOVE this skin tint! Thank you Ishrar, if I come back to this location, it's going to be because of you! :) Awesome Job!
