- FFF.5 days ago5.0Was looking for a product that was sold out. Keanna suggested I buy it online and help me order it. She was super friendly and helpful, and I received my product earlier than it said it was to arrive. Very happy with the product and the great service from Keanna :))
- AAAman AjlalJun 11, 20261.0Kathy was very rude to me at this location. My son and I entered the store because I needed to return something. My son accidentally bumped into someone, and instead of speaking respectfully, Kathy came over and spoke loudly to me about not watching him. I understand safety and consideration matter, but the situation could have been handled much more politely and respectfully. Later, I asked for the manager and found out she was the manager, which was disappointing. Customer service includes dealing calmly and professionally with families and children too.

- RGR GMay 15, 20261.0I went to southcenter mall location today to exchange a foundation and was unfortunately told it could not be exchanged because I was two days past the return policy. Another location had advised me they would be able to help me with the exchange, so I was disappointed by the experience at the Southcentre location tonight. The manager on duty (I can’t remember her name, but I believe it started with a “C”) came across as dismissive and unhelpful during the interaction. As a result, I ended up driving approximately 30 minutes to another location, where they were able to complete the exchange for me. I spend a significant amount with your company each year and am a Rouge member, so it was frustrating that such a small accommodation couldn’t be made, especially given the circumstances and the information I had received from another store. I wouldn’t be shopping at southcenter mall again
