  I went to southcenter mall location today to exchange a foundation and was unfortunately told it could not be exchanged because I was two days past the return policy. Another location had advised me they would be able to help me with the exchange, so I was disappointed by the experience at the Southcentre location tonight. The manager on duty (I can’t remember her name, but I believe it started with a “C”) came across as dismissive and unhelpful during the interaction. As a result, I ended up driving approximately 30 minutes to another location, where they were able to complete the exchange for me. I spend a significant amount with your company each year and am a Rouge member, so it was frustrating that such a small accommodation couldn’t be made, especially given the circumstances and the information I had received from another store. I wouldn’t be shopping at southcenter mall again

  Hands was so helpful and kind! She helped me find my perfect foundation shade and made the whole experience really easy and comfortable. Her customer service was amazing, and I really appreciated her patience and advice. Thank you Hanna!!

  I get done my makeup by Iryna at Sephora 130 Ave, she have done an amazing job My makeup was what I ask for, she pay attention to small details and she has a great personality and professional makeup artist. You go and see her than you know what I am saying.
