  They sold me a defective product and couldn’t refund points that I used on it even for an exchange. Horrible customer service, better to shop elsewhere.

  I had a wonderful experience with Nikki! She took the time to understand what I wanted with my makeup and skincare and suggested multiple products. She did not make me feel pressured to buy any of her suggestions which I appreciated! I ended up buying a lot of the products she recommended. Some of the products were out of stock so she wrote them down and helped me get it ordered to my house through the store. On top of that, she was super personable and easy to talk to. Thank you Nikki for your help and kindness!!

  A very bad experience the second time I went to Sephora downtown core the first time I asked for a product to one of the staff, and she Roll the shoulders on me and then I called the Head office and I complained about it and today I think they recognized me when I went to do the shopping and the girls talk among each other and there was no help at all what I needed one girl was serving me, and someone have said something to her on her microphone and she stopped serving me and she ran to the back And talk to some girls and then I have complained to the floor manager about it, but she was so nice and she took it so well and help me out doing shopping online but unfortunately the product I wanted it was not there, but I think I am not going to go with this location anymore I’ll go to Shoppers Drug Mart and get my stuff when people are this mean and this road why should I go and waste my money somewhere when I don’t get respect, I’ve been doing shopping at Sephora For at At least 10 years no more Sephora for me 🙏 Enough is a lose enough and I can’t take that anymore. It really hurts my feelings and I’m stressed out for a few days when people don’t treat me right😭😭😭😭😭

  Roya is very kind and helpful! I came into the store a while back and needed help finding makeup for an event. She really knew her stuff, gave me excellent recommendations, and shade matched me perfectly!! Today I came back and she remembered our last interaction despite it being a while ago and was just as kind and friendly as I remembered. Roya always makes my experience so much better and I will definitely keep on coming back to this location because of that!

  I visited Sephora today at this location, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members. I do not know her name, but she was a white woman with blonde hair who was standing near the main entrance. I had been waiting for quite a long time to receive assistance with finding the right product. During that time, another employee named Tracce (a white girl with red /pink hair) was kind and helpful. Since I needed to travel back home, I politely asked if I could charge my phone for about 10 minutes while waiting for service, and she tried to help me. However, the employee at the entrance approached me very rudely and loudly told me that I was not allowed to charge my phone unless I was taking service. At that moment, I was already waiting to receive service from another staff member who was finishing a makeup appointment. What upset me most was not the policy itself, but the aggressive and disrespectful way she spoke to me. I completely understand if charging phones is against store policy, and I would have respected that if it had been explained politely and professionally. Every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store again. I sincerely hope this feedback helps ensure that no other customer is treated in a similar manner in the future.
