  ​I had an unpleasant experience with a staff named Roya (or Raya). I visited this store to rectify an incorrect charge on my bill. As i entered, I noticed an employee near the entrance greeting people, and I walked straight toward the checkout counter. Just as I was about to get in line, an employee who wasn't the employee i saw at the entrance stopped me from behind. It was Roya or Raya. ​She confronted me, saying she had greeted me, but i had just walked past her. I replied, "I'm sorry. I just came here to get a refund." She then insisted that she had greeted me three times loudly and that i had ignored her. I didn't know that, so i said, "I'm sorry, but I couldn't hear you." At that point, she angrily called me rude, acting as if there was no way I couldn't have heard her since she greeted me loudly three times. ​I would love to ask Roya (or Raya) if it is considered polite to shout greetings at customers from behind their backs and then chase them down to vent anger just because they didn't respond. Sephora stores I’ve visited in the past were always busy and crowded, whereas this location always seemed quiet—now I completely understand why. No one wants to go to a store with an employee like that. ​This situation left me feeling scared and offended, and i will never step foot in this store again. Even a 1star rating feels way too generous.

  I recently visited Sephora because I was struggling with my skincare routine and didn’t really understand how to make my current products work for my skin issues. Luckily, I was helped by Probina, and she was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I explained all of my skin concerns and told her that I wasn't happy with the products I was currently using at home. Probina went through each of my products one by one, explaining exactly what they do and the correct way to apply them. Based on her advice, I purchased the Charlotte Tilbury Setting Powder, and it is a complete game-changer! It keeps my makeup locked in place all day and completely covers my dark spots. I am so happy with the results. Probina answered every single one of my questions and provided top-tier customer service. Thank you so much, Probina, for all your help!

  I was incredibly impressed with the employee who helped me, she found makeup that exactly fit me and my needs extremely quickly! I didn't catch her name, but I believe her name ended with -shah and she was dark-haired? Every product I got has been absolutely perfect- I have a very neutral and pale skintone, and her matching my concealer shade flawlessly first try after me looking for actual years for a proper match was obvious skill. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!
