  i usually prefer shopping online because i’m shy but for things like foundation and concealer i like to come in and compare shades before i purchase. i love this location because everyone is always super kind and helpful!

  I had the best experience with Becca G. at the Sephora in CORE Shopping Centre (TD Mall)! She did my makeup for a special event, and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was so bubbly, kind, and calming. She made the whole experience feel fun and relaxing, and I immediately felt comfortable. Her makeup skills are incredible. The eyeshadow colors she chose complemented me perfectly, the application was flawless, and everything came together beautifully. She really paid attention to the details and created a look that was exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Becca, for making me feel so confident and beautiful. I’ll definitely be booking with you again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented makeup artist!

  I’ve shopped in cosmetic stores for years, and no one has approached me to offer help until today. I’m so grateful I met Zainab today in store. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took time to answer all my questions. She offered complimenting products to go with what I was buying, and made me feel confident.   i had an amazing experience with Asiya. she helped me get pretty much an entirely new makeup routine and every product recommended was genuinely perfect for my skin type and shade. she was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. you can tell that she cares about helping customers find what works for them and not just making a sale. she definitely made shopping at Sephora an easy and enjoyable experience.

  Disappointed with my experience today. The associate, Janelle, was rude and handled my purchase and birthday gift so abruptly that it felt like they were being thrown onto the counter. I’ve never experienced service like this at any Sephora before. Sadly, this happened on my birthday, which made me feel really small.
