WARNING! They have a NO RETURNS POLICY. They will give you store credit only. They would not return a product within five minutes of purchase. They stamped the receipt without saying anything and later on turns out that it says “exchange only “. By law they should verbally inform the customer before taking the payment that it is no returns . Very unfair. Never returning to this store again!!

The absolute gold standard of beauty retail. I have been a loyal M·A·C client since 1996, and the experience only gets better. A massive shout-out to the incredible leadership team here. Their passion, vision, and high standards reflect beautifully in the flawless customer service, welcoming energy, and talented artists on the floor. MacMarketMall 💯♨️🇨🇦💃🏾

I recently went to MAC and was helped by their lively employee Jayde. She made my experience incredible, taking the time to listen and consider all my questions, as well as walking me through different product suggestions and samples to see what appealed to me the most regarding my style and specific needs for general routine. Walked out with products I love and use daily since, really great experience!
