As soon as I looked at the finished result I couldn’t stop smiling 🤩 I have thick, curly wavy hair and I asked for lots of layers. The last stylist I asked to do layers on me a few years ago chopped them so strange they grew back in all crooked. I used a reference pic that was styled and just said if we could get close to it I’d be super appreciative. She absolutely nailed it! She was very thorough evening everything out, she was fast and super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need a haircut!
- SVSuba VSApr 29, 20261.0Yesterday I brought my son in for a haircut at this location and clearly explained the style we wanted a cut we’ve been getting for him for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the haircut was not done properly. The line was not straight and not completed, and it was very noticeable. The stylist was not rude, but the situation was handled unprofessionally. She immediately offered a refund because another customer was waiting and said my son’s hair would “grow back” since his birthday is in two weeks. A refund does not fix an unfinished haircut, and comments like that were disappointing. Her hands were also shaking while trying to do the line, which affected my confidence. Also she was complaining about my son head lot of bump and texture is different. I had to take my son to another salon to fix the haircut, where the stylist corrected it for free and confirmed it had not been done properly. We’ve been to this location many times before for kids’ haircuts, and this is our first bad experience, but it was significant enough to share. And I couldnt attach the photo!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
