  Briana is amazing. Not only is she a skilled stylist, she is warm, welcoming and clearly enjoys her profession. I will definitely go back to see her. It was my 1st time to this location but will definitely go back even though we both joked the hardest part is to get past the lights and all the Costco traffic. I timed it well as I checked in online and was worried I was late. She set my mind at ease and I used my coupon that was expiring the next day. Thanks again Briana.

  I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment my senior mother received here. She went in asking for nothing more than a small trim of her bangs and a little off the back. Instead, the stylist completely ignored what she asked for and hacked her hair apart, doing whatever she wanted rather than listening to the client. My mother has been crying for 3 days over this haircut. I have never seen my mom cry over her appearance in my life, and it is heartbreaking to see how devastated she is. To make matters worse, while they did not charge her for the haircut, they still charged this senior for the shampoo, after completely ruining her hair. We then had to take her somewhere else and spend another $50 just trying to have the disaster fixed. Honestly, a 4-year-old could have done a better job than the haircut she was given. The most disappointing part is that nobody from this salon has even bothered to reach out, apologize, or take any accountability. Hair grows back, yes, but the embarrassment, humiliation, and tears caused by this level of negligence should never happen, especially to a senior. I would strongly warn anyone considering this salon to go elsewhere. Also I have called and asked to talk to a manager and for some reason the manager is never there. Absolutely disgusted with the way my mother has been treated.

  My grandma got her haircut here and I just want to warn people to avoid this place if possible. The photo speaks for itself - a complete hack job on her hair. She is extremely upset and now having to pay extra to get it fixed. Horrible experience for her.

  My mother just had the worst haircut ever in this place. Not sure how you can mess up a haircut that bad, but she is so upset and now has to go to another salon and see if they can even fix the butcher job that she received. If your looking to get a complex and to have serious self conscious issues and possibly have to go to therapy for it, this is the place for you. I get not charging for the terrible job, but wigs are not cheap and there is barely anything left to even fix after this place tore through her hair. And even if the other salon can fix it, its probably gonna cost an arm and a leg now as they will probably need to use extensions to give any sort of hair back to her. I will not recommend this place ever. I wouldn't even send someone I dislike here. Even if your learning to cut hair, it is the teacher who is at fault for this as they are not paying enough attention to the student. Clearly the place needs it's own makeover of staff.
