  Worst hair and beard trim i had in calgary. Hair fade doesn’t even look faded and now left with patches here and there.

  I walked into this location with genuine expectations, but the experience I received was completely unacceptable. I was initially expecting another stylist, but due to her break, I was assigned to a different one. I clearly stated that I preferred to wait, yet she insisted on cutting my hair anyway, completely disregarding my request. I showed her clear reference photos of the hairstyle I wanted, but the result was shockingly bad and nothing close to what I asked for. There was no layering whatsoever, and the haircut looked uneven and poorly executed. It genuinely felt like she lacked even basic haircutting skills. What made the situation worse was her level of unprofessionalism. During the haircut, she actually cut her own finger, which was both alarming and unacceptable. On top of that, she handled my hair roughly, with no care or attention, making the entire experience very uncomfortable. I left the salon extremely upset and frustrated. Even though I paid a discounted price, I ended up having to go to another salon and pay three times more just to fix the damage. Because of how badly my hair was cut, I had no choice but to cut my hair much shorter than I originally wanted. In all my years, I have never experienced such a poor haircut. Frankly, I question whether she is properly trained as a hairstylist, as the result was worse than if I had cut my own hair. I strongly do not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Online check in was easy, staff very attentive and personable and coupon worked to make the cut great value.

  I told the lady I wanted layers and she gave me no layers and cut my hair shorter then expected didn’t do anything to try correct the matter.

  Zero stars! Came in with hair to the middle of my back and left with a hack job cut , no style, not nice at all, with hair up to my ears and I told the stylist KEEP THE LENGTH and BANGS LONG! I have bangs so high there are no bangs. I provided a picture for the stylist but I don't think she even looked at it, in one ear and out the other. I feel ugly, feel disrespected, and that this cut was a deliberate attack on me personally, because seriously, how else could you screw up so badly if you weren't trying to! In second pic you will see how my hair was hacked off, it was to the middle of my back in length and is now gone, NOT WHAT I ASKED! The stylist cut my hair away from mirrors so I could t see what she was doing as she was going, I saw this all at the end of the cut, IMAGINE MY SHOCK when you expected your long hair, a trim with a bit of feathering layers but oh no, BAM! your hair is GONE! Even someone on their first day of stylist school couldn't possibly have done so badly. Like a 5 year old giving Barbie doll a hacked hair cut is my new do! You know those ones with stubble and bits of long and short?! (See image to show what I mean) Sure I may be exaggerating here but this is how I feel has happened! It takes me years and years to grow out my hair. Its too short to style, to put in a pony tail, to do anything with it. I will probably have to wear a baseball hat everyplace for the next 2 years or more, like I said, it takes a long time for my hair to grow do to my health condition!!!! I feel like crying since leaving this place and I really just don't know what to do about it. I called to see if they will do anything -left message on their machine but it's been a couple days and no one responded or anything to make this right, but at this point it is so short now and so bad what is there to do to fix this? Shave head!. I feel so violated. I don't remember the name of the stylist, and can't describe her as today people automatically think negative when you describe someone so I will say do not get your hair cut by her or this location! Stay away!
