Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair, brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after your tinting service. Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks prior to your appointment. *48 hours in some countries

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be given to another customer.

Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for the service.

Each Benefit brow service includes a personalized consultation and Brow Mapping to create your ideal brow shape, followed by styling to ensure you leave feeling great.

Brow Mapping is a technique to find where your brow should start, arch, and end, highlighting hairs to remove, ensuring a brow shape that's tailored to you.

For tint services, you need a 24-hour patch test before your appointment and should avoid self-tanning 24 hours before and after. For lamination, a patch test is also required and avoid lamination within 6 weeks of your appointment.

If you're more than 5 minutes late, your appointment spot may be given to another customer, but they will try to accommodate delays when possible.

The Browbar is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, except Friday when it stays open until 8:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
