If you are thinking of going to Natural Beauty Clinic to see Dr Belinda DONT! Just like previous reviews i was given a botox treatment in my 11's and it migrated down to my eyes causing my eyelids to droop down over my eyes!!!! I was told i would recieve a refund over the phone by her husband but when i got there they both denied saying that. I was also blamed for what happened saying its because of my body!!!!! Dr Belinda is very unprofessional and does not take accountability for her actions. What kind of professional does this and brushes it off telling you its your fault. Dr Belinda also writes receipts as doing holistic procedures so you can send them to your insurance company so they pay for it. Right away she asks if you have insurance. I should have seen the red flag then!!! I know she is going to respond to this post denying all of the above and trying to make herself look good. I feel that good customer service would have been a partial refund at least considering the pain and agony i am having. Do yourself a favor and find a real place to get these treatments done. What an absolute joke!!! Stay far away from Natural Beauty Clinic. I also plan on taking legal action.* You better be sorry anyone would be disappointed not being able to see properly!!!!!!*Also thats a lie about that being discussed and a really good AI write up°°° your a joke!

I have dry, reactive, eczema prone skin. Just about 3 months before I visited this clinic my face cream of 11 years was discontinued. I spent almost 8 weeks carefully trying to find a new cream that won't irritate my face. It was trial and error and at one point my skin was raw, red and flaky. Finally I found a super basic cream with urea and after ten days of consistent use of ONLY this product on my face my skin began to slowly heal. It was still a bit dry but I was seeing huge improvement and I was being patient and allowing my face to heal.
I was a bit bummed about my face and decided to treat myself to some Botox for my frown and forehead area and I ended up here. When I laid back in the chair I was surprised when suddenly my face was being slathered with a thick layer of numbing cream. I feel I should have been consulted about this, I would have declined. Once it was done it was done so I didn't make a fuss but I was shocked as I've had Botox at other clinics and never had this experience, but I felt she was trying to be nice... By numbing my face without my consent. It was numb all night!
I arrived for an evening appointment and I had already prepped my face for bed before arrival. It was winter and dark out. After the treatment I was double shocked to find something else being rubbed all over my face and when I asked what it was she proudly told me that she noticed my skin was dry so she put sunscreen on me. AT NIGHT! without my consent! Sunscreen is something I have to be extra careful with due to my reactive face. As I drove home I felt something brewing on my chin. Tingly unpleasant sensation that's all too familiar to me. By the time I got home I already had a new zit developing on my chin. I wiped my face and discovered it was tinted sunscreen! I washed my face as soon as I could but it was too late for me. The zit on my chin turned into a painful cyst by the next morning, followed my another cyst on my right cheek, a whitehead on my left cheek and two zits on my nose all within 24 hours.
It's been four days and my face is trying to heal but my eczema has flared up and my face is peeling. This is a pretty typical reaction for my face with most sunscreens, and not the pick me up I was hoping for. I'm basically starting my healing journey again. Absolutely insane and unprofessional behaviour. Consent matters

Dr. Belinda is truly exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable in her craft. I recently completed three Morpheus8 treatments, and she was so thoughtful and diligent with numbing, making the entire experience very comfortable. Her technique is gentle and precise, using the perfect settings to improve my skin texture while carefully preserving facial volume. The cooling face mask afterward was such a lovely, calming touch. I would 100% recommend Dr. Belinda. She is professional, talented, and someone you can fully trust with your skin.
