  I’ve been a long-time client of Aki, and it’s absolutely worth the drive every time. Even though it’s not the closest spot for me, I don’t mind going the extra distance because the quality of service here is consistently excellent. Aki is outstanding at what she does. As a guy, it’s not always easy to find someone who really understands how to deliver a clean, sharp, and well-balanced haircut—but she gets it right every single time. She listens carefully, remembers my preferences, and pays close attention to detail, which makes a big difference. The staff are always friendly and professional, and the shop itself is clean, organized, and welcoming. I never feel rushed, and I always leave satisfied with the result. If you’re looking for a reliable place and someone you can trust with your haircut, I highly recommend this location—especially Aki. Totally worth the drive.

  Had a great experience at Great Clips. Got a clean fade and beard trim, and they also did an amazing job with my kids’ haircuts. The team is super friendly and the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely coming back! Thank you Aki and the team :)

  My kids and I walked in and they were able to take both of my kiddos right away. They were very patient with my one kid who doesn't love getting his hair cut. And they are looking great - so fresh, ready to go back to school after spring break!

  We decided to try Great Clips at Caulfield Village after hearing good things, even though I had never been before. I usually pay a lot for my son’s haircuts and wasn’t sure what to expect, but we needed something quick. It ended up being one of his best haircuts. It was fast, easy, and exactly what we wanted. Soli was our stylist and she was amazing. So friendly, kind, and really good at what she does. From my son: “It was really good. They were really nice and the haircut was really good. I’ve had bad haircuts before and this one was good.” We will definitely be coming back. It feels great to save money and still get such a great result. Highly recommend Soli and this location.
