I went to the till and the woman was so rude to me. I didn't get any samples and I don't recommend this place. Do not go here

When I went back to the store to request a return or exchange — something Sephora is usually great about — I was surprised at how difficult and unsupportive the process was. I explained the issue clearly, but the manager, Kerry, did not seem willing to help or offer any reasonable solution. I left feeling dismissed rather than valued as a customer. Considering the price of these products, the experience was extremely frustrating. I love Sephora as a brand, but this location did not reflect the customer care I expect. I hope they improve their communication and support when a product doesn’t work out for someone.
