I had an unpleasant experience while picking up my online order at your Park Royal store.
When I arrived, a staff member named Pardis was at the front desk assisting another customer. I waited patiently. However, during this time, she continued greeting and acknowledging other customers while completely ignoring me. Once she finished helping the other customer, I tried to get her attention, but she ignored me initially. When she did respond, she gave me an extremely rude look, scanned me from head to toe, and rolled her eyes.
I stayed calm and asked her I am here for my online order and Despite telling her my name correctly multiple times (six times), she deliberately continued to say my name incorrectly in a mean and dismissive tone. Her behavior felt intentional, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional.
Overall, this experience was very unpleasant and disappointing. I believe customers should be treated equally and respectfully, regardless of any personal bias. I hope the management team takes this matter seriously and provides appropriate guidance or action so that such behavior is not repeated.

I would also like to mention that a young lady named Maddy was extremely helpful. Her colleague, who kindly explained the fragrances to me (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name), also made the experience very pleasant. The cozy, floral atmosphere was lovely and made it a great experience for me. 🥳

So the story is this, i been looking for a specific shade of foundation from rare beauty, but every other store in Greater Vancouver was out of stock during holiday season plus there was discount going on this product thats what it makes go out of stock. I called this location the employee name ZACK hold that shade for me over the call, i went there the girl named FATAMEH (i hope i spelled it right) helps me out. It was my mistake and thought they had held wrong shade and i walked way with sad face because i was flying out in next 2 days and i really needed that shade i tried every other foundation didnt work for me or some were out of my budget. After few minutes, I realized i was wrong, went back there, told that girl that i was wrong lol, u guys held the right shade, and mind u guys that was the last shade in whole Vancouver, Burnbay, Richmond, Surrey like u name it and they didnt have it lol but this location saved me ,
I really appreciated both employees Zack and Fatameh. They both helped me alot.

I go here all the time and usually I have a decent experience. Although today I went and got some stuff and went up to pay and the worker named Sanchi was extremely rude. Gave attitude, 0 manners at her grown age, kept interrupting and made it feel paying was an inconvenience.
I had a very unpleasant and shocking experience at the West Vancouver Sephora. After purchasing shampoo, I politely asked the sales associate, Aurora, for a shopping bag. She refused, saying she was busy and had already helped me.
When I asked again, she accused me of being disrespectful and then said I had “a lot of hostility,” even though I remained calm and only asked for a basic bag after payment.
This interaction felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Asking for a shopping bag after purchasing an item should not result in being judged or accused.
I strongly recommend being cautious when dealing with this staff member.
Very unprofessional and disturbing experience.
I was refused a shopping bag after purchase, accused of having a bad attitude, and then left the store without any receipt—even after requesting an email receipt.
Management did not properly address the issue. This was extremely disappointing and concerning. I would advise others to be cautious when visiting this location
