- DGDianne GentiliMar 14, 20251.0Had a defective eye brow pencil that kept breaking when being used. I stock pile them and had bought it 5 months ago but just opened it. The store manager refused to exchange it or provide any type of compensation or even say sorry!! She said it was my fault because I bought it awhile ago and stored it in my bathroom. You should stand behind your products no questions asked!! I will not buy any of their products again.

Every time I go into the store she is modeling a lipstick and then I usually have to buy it because it looks so good on her! A shining star! Thanks Isa. Oct 29/24 Update: went in again for some foundation and had the pleasure of being helped my Cass, who face matched me to the correct colour. Turns out I was walking around with too dark for me foundation before and she made sure it was perfect. Then she calmly went ahead and colour matched my friend who was grinning ear to ear when we left because it was such a great experience. So thanks Cass. Looking forward to seeing you and Isa again soon!
