    I’m a long-time fan of LUSH at Park Royal. While Christmas shopping, I was helped by Madyson, who was wonderful. She was friendly and knowledgeable, took time to understand what I was looking for, and made thoughtful recommendations.     Nelly at Lush was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to help us and made the best recommendations for my toddler’s bubble bath time. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about finding products that were gentle, fun, and perfect for little ones. Bath time has been a total hit because of her. Such a fantastic experience, thank you Nelly.

    Came into Lush a couple minutes ago - I was immediately greeted at the door by Kie. She gave me the most wonderful experience while I was in the store, she complimented the little Sanrio character I have on my keys, complimented my pants, and we had a very helpful conversation about the products I needed. I did know what I was looking for, but she showed me some different products with the same smell, and I will 100% be buying those next time. The person who checked me out was also amazing, unfortunately I did not get their name. Big thank you to the staff at the Park Royal Lush, y’all are truly amazing! (If corporate reads this, everyone in that store deserves a raise or a bonus or something)

    My niece held her birthday party here and we had such a blast making out own face scrub, learning about the products and doing face masks. Carlos was absolutely amazing. He made us feel so welcome and created such a fun and relaxed environment. I would highly recommend a Lush Party especially if you can ask for Carlos, AKA the life of the party.
