    I had my Lush Birthday Party last night and we had the best time ever!! They said they don’t typically do adult parties but it was such a fun night and all of my guests really enjoyed it. Carlos was our party leader and he did an amazing job. We really appreciate him. Thank you again for making my birthday so special.

    My niece held her birthday party here and we had such a blast making out own face scrub, learning about the products and doing face masks. Carlos was absolutely amazing. He made us feel so welcome and created such a fun and relaxed environment. I would highly recommend a Lush Party especially if you can ask for Carlos, AKA the life of the party.

    I recently started shopping at Lush because of an exceptional shopping experience at the Park Royal location. I was helped by Ash who instantly made me feel comfortable and celebrated. They took time to demo and show me products, and even offered me a generous sample of what I was shown. Ash's energy and enthusiasm also empowered me to feel comfortable styling my hair more naturally, something that is new for me. I love it and have continued to style my hair this way, thanks to their encouragement. Since my first excellent experience, I have come back to Lush Park Royal many times, and now use almost exclusively Lush products. Today I returned to the store and was cared for by Sofia and Ash. Sophia took time to show my family all of the newest Lush products, as well as demoed how to use them. She was encouraging and incredibly kind. Coming to Lush Park Royal is the ultimate experience in self care, and joy-- team members like Ash and Sofia are wonderful at spreading joy, warmth and knowledge. Thank you!!
