When we walked in she immediately greeted us with warmth and kindness and was so helpful in finding the products i was looking for. While she was ringing up my order i mentioned to her it was my birthday and my daughters were taking me out that evening. She immediately put together a birthday box for me with all sorts of samples that i have been since using that i would not normally have purchased. Kaz, thank you for your great attention to detail and being such a wonderful person. You are truly a gift to L’Occitane and i will be back soon!
