Sometimes awesome, sometimes awful service. Recent visits have been good, but this week they closed HALF AN HOUR earlier than their posted hours. I arrived at 6:30 to pick up items and was waved away by the clerk behind a locked door. Website and sign said "open until 7pm". I get personnel shouldn't work past their paid hours, so pay them for the half hour that closing takes.

Wow customer service is not something this place cares about. Came in on a Friday afternoon at 4pm, a Friday at 4pm! and was told to come back later because the employee was on lunch break and they wouldn’t sell me anything…. Sigh. Why have a store front in a mall with shopping hours if you’re not going to staff properly?

We visited the location a couple of weeks ago. Very friendly and outgoing staff. Their product knowledge is diverse and suggestions actually do work. Wouldn't go anywhere else for hair products. All covid protocols are in place and they love pets as well.

Been Aveda customers for some 15 years in Hong Kong and since moving to Vancouver in 2016, for 5 years at the Aveda shop in Park Royal. 3 family members shop there regularly but every singme time there is confusion as they can’t find the account in their system.
Umtil today, it was always eventually resolved.
This time spent 20 Minutes providing first, last names, phone numbers, e-mails, so eventually, I had enough and left.
Unbelievable how a high end shop is treating long time loyal customers.
They should be able to locate accounts by last name, issue customer cards or whatever.
If more than person of the same household goes to the store and can’t remember what details are kept on record, there should be an easy way to find the records
