Genuinely I’ve never had a sad or disappointing experience here. I especially wanna highlight the service provided by Lindsay. She consistently go above and beyond for customers and make the Sephora experience even better. Lindsay has helped me time and time again with finding shades and products for my hair! It seems like such a catty environment. The cashier was so unfriendly around 5:15pm yesterday, and based on many other recent reviews, this isn't just boxing day/holiday shopping mayhem. Seems to be the norm, so I'll go to the Langford location from now on.

The employee assisting us did not properly explain the return policy and was unhelpful when we asked questions. We spent more than $200, yet the customer service was poor and unwelcoming. This visit did not meet the standard of service Sephora is known for as she was super rude to us. Every customer deserves to be respected and satisfied.
