    The staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. I am so pleased that Lush finally came out with a points program, too. Thank you guys for the super fun and free Halloween event, as well!

    I came in doing some Christmas shopping and was in need of some recommendations for a gift for a family member. Ashlee came to the rescue and was a tremendous help in explaining, curating, and recommending a wonderful choice of product. She was incredibly polite, thoughtful, and professional in knowing her store, products, and customers’ needs (like me)! It was a really nice experience to shop and talk to Ashlee. Thanks! The employee who rang up the purchase, Mara, was excellent as well. She offered a complimentary wrap for the purchased products, explained the extensive training each employee goes through, and selflessly complimented Ashlee to me privately. It seems to be a well run, team-focused environment there. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you to both.
