Sides were uneven, poor attention to detail and left random pieces of hair poking out. Wish I had stopped her but kept going shorter and shorter because she didn't know what she was doing. Ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed. Will never go back again.

- MBMars BarSep 16, 20251.0I booked my spot on line and received a text about 15 minutes before I was supposed to come in and get my haircut. So I arrived on time and went to open the door. It was locked. The lights were on,the open sign was on, but the door was locked. I tried it a couple of times and was about to knock when a hairdresser an older lady came to the door. She use the key to fiddle with the lock, but did not apologize for having the door locked. Once she came inside, I told her I was on the list. I did not get we will be right with you or you just have to wait a few more minutes. It seemed like she was the only one in the Salon. I waited a good 10 minutes and then saw a younger lady come from the back. Look to see who was next on the list and then she walks away. No one says I’ll be with you or hi or anything. I waited about five more minutes and after realizing I had waited for a while I got up and said I was leaving. It was then the older hair stylist said oh but she’s coming right out. I said I can’t wait anymore. Bad service overall

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
