I would rather order online than be initially ignored, then condescended to and finally ACTUALLY walked away from and this employee picked up her phone behind the desk and never looked up again. She seemed bored, uninterested in answering queries and was very uninformed. Aveda please do better. Bitterly disappointed customer. I went to Nezza Naturals and was treated with respect, ALL questions answered and the incredible staff were engaged, polite, informative and helpful.
