  The young lady working Boxing Day morning was such a delight! She helped my mom and I find products best for our hair types, got us signed up for the rewards program, and gave us each a sample. Great experience and lovely products.

  Customer service was cringe worthy. I would rather order online than be initially ignored, then condescended to and finally ACTUALLY walked away from and this employee picked up her phone behind the desk and never looked up again. She seemed bored, uninterested in answering queries and was very uninformed. Aveda please do better. Bitterly disappointed customer. I went to Nezza Naturals and was treated with respect, ALL questions answered and the incredible staff were engaged, polite, informative and helpful.

  I had an amazing visit to the Aveda store, all thanks to Leo! He gave me a hand demo with the 'Hand Relief' cream, and wow, I absolutely love it—it's my new fav product. Leo also suggested the 'Color Control' shampoo for my red hair. I tried it out and the results are just incredible. My hair color has never looked better or lasted longer! Leo was not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and attentive. He really knows his stuff and makes great recommendations. A huge thank you to Leo for making my shopping experience so special. Highly recommend him if you need advice that's spot on!
