    I visited Sephora Pacific Centre today to exchange a concealer for the exact same product in a different finish. I ended up purchasing over $250 worth of items but the experience was extremely disappointing. I explained that I had purchased the item about a month ago and was well within the 60 day exchange window. Before I could even finish my sentence, she (Cristin/Cristine) cut me off, raised her voice and aggressively claimed I can’t exchange it, the policy had changed in 2025. I had to ask her to calm down, as she kept speaking over me while I was trying to clarify that I was still within even the 30 day period. After I insisted, she finally checked the system only to confirm that I was right and the exchange was valid. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she rudely lectured me about “choosing the right shade next time” She also tried to rush me through signing the receipt without giving me a moment to review it properly. I left, but came back shortly after to raise this concern because this is not acceptable customer service especially from someone in a managerial role. Sephora should ensure their managers are properly trained at the very least in basic professionalism and communication. To be fair, this does not reflect all Sephora employees. Many have been helpful and kind in the past but this experience was far from it. This may be my first negative Google review, which says a lot.

    My friend and I visited the store yesterday during the busy weekend and sale. Annabelle was so incredibly kind in helping us and answered questions for both of us about what we wanted. I was looking for lipstick, and had questions about the sale, and my friend had questions about her account. Annabelle took her time, was so friendly and through in assisting us and we both left saying how it was the best service we ever received at Sephora!

    Most of the advisors are nice but there’s one older lady who was super rude. Dismissive, unfriendly and just seems like she’s angry for no reason, really shouldn’t be working in customer service

    I went to the store yesterday because of the ads on my facebook showing jelly perfume balm that’s available on Sephora. Upon entering the store, I asked the greeter where that products were but she said oh it’s not on store because it’s new and only available online. Okay so I went home and the same ads showing again and this time I looked again, took a screenshot and found out it was actually available on store. I went again to Sephora today and finally found it. I was actually also looking for solid stick foundation, then I asked the greeter again if they have those in store. Surprisingly, she said NO they don’t have it. Then I got curious and went around found one. I just don’t understand why they kept saying no no and no when in fact they have it in store!!! Very disappointed. Even if they’re not sure, can they look it up? Please train your staffs properly as this happened twice in a row.

    I had a really great experience with Herman. I’ve been trying to find the right concealer for a while, and this was my fourth attempt. She was the first person who actually explained that I needed a colour corrector as well. She was very patient, never rushed me, and really listened to my preferences. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping me get it right, not just making a sale. This was easily the most helpful experience I’ve had.
