  Anton at the pacific centee store Is so lovely and knowledgeable about all the products. He helped me pick skin care and hair care products based on my requirement. Also his kindness and niceness deserves appreciation. Thanks, Anton for helping with the shopping experience. :) Edit- I purchased the Immortelle Divine cream for my mother who lives in India and when she opened the box, it was a tester. Yes, Loccitane did refund me but it was really disappointing to see a sealed box have a used/opened jar of cream. Don't think I will purchase from L'occitane again.

  I had a disappointing experience at this store. When I visited, the store associate was sitting behind the register and didn’t offer any help. There was no greeting or effort to assist, which made the shopping experience unwelcoming. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Wouldn’t recommend based on my visit

  Ayush was the BEST! He sold me the almond line and told me about the promos and I just HAD to sign up! He was so inviting and accommodating and helpful that I want to go back!!! Much love ❤️ my fave branch thus far 💛

  There’s a lady with short light hair who served us today, her behaviour was not acceptable as a customer service representative. She was pretty aggressive and rude. Here’s just one example of our visit: When she asked us if we want a bag before I even ask my question, she repeated in a really racism way that “here in Vancouver, you get charge for a bag, do you want it or u wanna carry it by hand” with a really aggressive body language!!!!! I’m a resident of Vancouver and she assumed that we’re not from here and behaved in a really bad way!!!! I’m just surprised how a brand like this accept these work place attitudes! So disappointed and will never visit this shop.
