  Naomi is extremely unprofessional I buy a lot of items through online for pickup and sometimes I decide I don’t want the items so I return them the same day as I picked it up as that’s the flaw of ordering online I don’t see the products till in person, she comes along and makes huge issue questioning me about my return items and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable asking me personal questions like my name and the prices of the items like I’m using someone else’s account and then says “ why can’t you cancel the order if you don’t want the items” I told her there is other items in the order that I want, she’s very unprofessional and unhappy to go above and beyond at her job she shouldn’t be asking questions that don’t relate to my return items and it also shouldn’t be a issue to return items in a kindly matter which she has no teaching of doing or acting in her position she’s good at making customers that spend a lot of money feel like criminals or below her she ruined my whole night after trying to return items I keep more items then I return always she’s not a very kind woman…

  Used to be amazing and I bought all my products there. The service quality and perks have really gone down other years. I don’t go in as often and have had several disappointing visits. I’ve mostly switched to a mix of Korean, local and drug store products as a result.

  Will was incredibly helpful and an absolute delight, they truly deserve the very best. I came in knowing generally what products I was looking for but needed some help picking the right brand and formula, and they knew all the right questions to ask and what product would fit best for me. Will went above and beyond and was just truly lovely to receive help from. They made the experience so pleasant!

  I received makeup services from Sephora on December 4th. I expected to receive a service feedback survey afterward, but since that did not occur, I am sharing my evaluation here. I will not mention the advisor’s name, as this is not an individual fault, but rather an issue with service placement and ensuring appropriate qualifications within the team. At the time of booking, I informed Sephora—before any advisor was assigned—that I have sensitive, reactive skin. Despite this, the makeup caused my skin to react: it felt heavy, warm, and sweaty, with pores appearing enlarged, and the multiple layers made my skin uncomfortable. I had to remove the makeup entirely after approximately 40 minutes. This was particularly disappointing as the appointment was for my birthday. Product selection was not prepared in advance. A significant portion of the paid appointment time was spent searching for and gathering products, and the service extended roughly 30 minutes beyond the 60 minutes I had booked. The makeup application was not customized to my facial features. Rather than receiving professional guidance and tailored recommendations, I was asked what I like or want to be done, which does not align with the expectations of a professional makeup advisor.
