  I recently had my makeup done at Sephora by Taryn, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I sat in her chair, Taryn was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Taryn created the most beautiful, natural makeup look, exactly what I was hoping for. It was flawless yet subtle, enhancing my features without feeling heavy. My makeup lasted perfectly all night, and I received so many compliments! Beyond her amazing skills, Taryn has such a lovely and calming presence. She truly cares about her clients and their satisfaction. I felt pampered and confident, and I would absolutely love to see her again. Highly recommended!

  Un-Sephora experience with senior cashier at this location I asked about the Dior holiday star gift boxes displayed behind the cashwrap. The cashier told me it required a $200 minimum purchase, but when I simply asked what was inside, she answered “it’s just a box” in a very dismissive tone. When I said I thought there might be a small beauty gift inside, she replied “No, Dior doesn’t do that.” (Which is ironic, because anyone familiar with Dior knows they absolutely do offer curated gifting experiences and deluxe minis with seasonal packaging.) Moments later, another customer returned asking for a gift receipt. Instead of offering a solution like a quick refund-and-repurchase, the cashier said “it’s too late, I need a manager” and waved the next person forward while the customer was still standing there. Extremely abrupt and unprofessional. This was the opposite of luxury service — transactional, impatient and definitely not the service I’m used to from this company. Where do you find such rude employees?

  A few days ago I needed to pick a perfume, and a couple of other products. The consultant, Jane, was incredibly helpful - very kind, with such a warm and positive energy. Thanks to her, I left with everything I needed and in a great mood 🌸

  Terrible customer service. The employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. I asked for assistance and waited so long that I eventually got tired of standing there while they continued their conversation. When one of them finally decided to help me, she clearly didn’t have the energy or the knowledge to actually assist me.

  Horrible management. The manager was very rude. There was a massive line up and the cashier kept calling in for help, mind you there was only one cashier. Multiple employs walking around doing nothing manager came in, still didn’t call in more cashiers on till instead she watched the one cashier do his work while there was 10-12 ppl waiting in line which hadn’t moved in 20 mins as there was malfunction at the till… I can get over how unprofessional and poor the managers attitude to was!!! I went in around 7pm.
