  Most stores have a reasonably flexible return or exchange policy. Not here. Purchased a Roth cleansing product that I was not able to return within 30 days due to being out of town. Zero flexibility or understanding from the store manager. Will not return and would advise to take your business elsewhere.

  Went in looking for lip stain... someone asked if I needed help.. I said yes.. explained what I needed... they "called someone else" to come help me, and no one showed up. In fact everyone working actively avoided eye contact....

  This review is for Kamika specifically - she helped me with fragrances today, and was so knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to talk to. She was also amazing at juggling multiple customers while never making me feel left or neglected. She's an amazing employee!

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I bought a product by Drunk Elephant and while I loved it at first, I had a HORRIBLE reaction to it and broke out in a rash all over my neck. I went to return the product a few days later and they would not accept it even though I had the ORIGINAL RECEIPT. But because I paid cash and I didn't have an email account with them they said they couldn't do it. The lady I talked to claimed to be the manager, which was astounding, as not only was she rude, unhelpful and flippant about the reaction I had to a product, she was completely incompetent and made no effort to rectify the situation. She was very accusatory and blamed me for not paying with a credit card and not providing an email address (I respect others' desire for privacy, I guess I'm not afforded the same courtesy). I have NEVER had this problem at any other store. When you bring back a product and you have an original receipt, you get an exchange or a return. I was willing to do an exchange even. There's a record of the purchase in their system, so it should be a no-brainer. But for some reason this was beyond the scope of a Sephora manager to figure out. This was my first experience at Sephora and it will definitely be my last. I get better treatment at Shoppers Drug Mart.
