I got to choose the scents, the music…my massage therapist Corrin is so Lovely and was super skilled at finding the perfect spots in my whole body. Wow. And in the shop I got treated so beautifully by Danielle who showed me all the delightful natural products. I’m in love with Lush concept, and will come back for more unique experiences…Thank You!!!

When I told the sales associate(she had box braids hairstyle)at the checkout that I had an account, she rolled her eyes and told me, “Go to the side and download the app,” her attitude was rush and rude towards me When I asked for her name, she asked why and said, “What word did I say to upset you?” I felt disappointed and being treated rudely. I was there as a paying customer and expected basic courtesy.

I loved how it’s an immersive experience, from selecting the massage bar (they offer 3 choices), to the aromatherapy via bath-bomb, and the choice of music. It was very relaxing & I feel happier!! The massage itself was fantastic!!! I have a neuromuscular disease so my muscles are always tight & painful. My hip particularly hurts a lot & it restricts my movement, but now it’s relaxed & I can sit without it pulling!!! I really appreciated that they are conscious of my allergy. I am allergic to a lot of the products, so they found me options that are safe. Afterwards, they had tea & a biscuit for me, in this calm waiting area to sit & relax before I leave. Kyle informed me about other spa services that I might enjoy & he explained them. I like how each experience is unique. I live far out of town, but I will definitely come back next time that I’m in Vancouver!!!
