I think the employee's name is Maria (though it could be Julia - I'm sorry for my terrible memory!) but this person really went above and beyond. I explained to this lovely person how I've been having some hair loss issues lately and asked about what they'd suggest. They went above and beyond and even shared their own personal hair loss experiences and made the experience really comfortable and enjoyable. I have to say, this Lush has some of the loveliest bunch of employees. Big kudos to Maria (if that's the correct name)! I can get the same Lush products from any Lush location but this specific experience really made my day and I'm really grateful for the experience this person provided. P.S I used they/them pronouns because I didn't want to assume this person's gender :)
