  If you are looking for the gold standard of customer service in Vancouver, look no further than this Lush location. While the brand is well-known, it is the staff, specifically Briar, who make this particular store a standout destination. I’ll be honest: I usually find shopping for these types of products incredibly intimidating. I often feel out of my element and worried about asking the 'wrong' questions, but Briar is a total all-star who immediately shifted that dynamic. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a unique gift for translating complex scents and ingredients into recommendations that actually make sense for a beginner. She single-handedly saved my Valentine’s Day this year. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure, but Briar guided me through the selection with genuine patience and empathy. She helped me curate a personalized set of products that my partner has since absolutely raved about. More importantly, she made me feel welcome and comfortable in a retail environment where I would normally feel like an idiot. If you are someone who typically gets nervous, feels out of place, or is hesitant to ask for help, please do yourself a favor and seek out Briar. She possesses the rare ability to turn a stressful shopping experience into an easy, successful, and even enjoyable one. This is hands down the best place in the city to shop, not just for the products, but for the world-class service.

They took the time to carefully explain the products, including ingredients, benefits, and which options would be best for my needs. There was absolutely no pressure to buy — just thoughtful, personalized recommendations that made me feel confident in my choices. Thanks to their detailed guidance, I found products that are perfect for me, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
