  Very nice diptyque boutique at the pacific center. First walk in, greeted by a sales lady. She asked if I have purchased or used their products before and yet I have. I told her I love to look around. As I was coughing, sales lady started to spray samples around me and let me smell it , once or twice a is fine, I tried to walk away from her and she continued to do so. Is she dumb or what ? Does she not get the idea of it. Sigh. I will come back but might have to try with a different sales person.

  I visited this boutique over the weekend and I had an amazing experience thanks to Liuba! I don’t have a boutique near me so I was excited to visit after purchasing mainly online/Nordstrom, and she really made the experience so sweet. She is so knowledgeable, and she listened to my usual preferences and made incredible recommendations without feeling pushy or rushed. I purchased some candles, and then she walked me through some fragrances I might like as samples based on fragrances I already owned from the brand. 10/10. Thanks, Liuba!

  Huge shoutout to Amisha, she 's very lovely and always had the heart and patience for her customers. When i first came in I was a bit hesitant as I felt a bit shy to ask about the parfums. Amisha approached me with a huge smile and walked me through the products. I ended up buying the Les Essences Set for my sister last christmas. I was gifted the Rose Roche bottle from the same line which was also one of Amisha's recommendation which I really love. Today, Amisha helped me avail my birthday gift from diptyque which is a full size classic candle. Will definitely come back and purchase just because of her 🩷 xoxo Amisha. God bless

  I went to this location on Feb 2nd with my friend to buy myself a perfume. I wanted to learn more about scent notes in a solid perfume that I had selected. When I asked the salesperson they said the notes were “the same as the eau de parfum”. Of course I know that — except they neglected to even explain what those notes were. Instead of helping me, the salesperson kept redirecting their attention to a white couple that was also in the store. There were three sales people on the floor and all three of them wanted to help the white couple. In contrast to my experience, the couple was getting detailed information about the scent notes, profiles, and the history of each perfume collection from all three employees. From what I could tell, the couple had been in the store for quite awhile as one of them had a stack of testing strips in their hand.I kept trying to get the salespeople’s attention, asking questions and trying to learn more but they either ignored me, or answered it in one word and then walked away to cater to the couple. I have never felt this humiliated before. I had clearly been radicalized by the team and didn’t feel welcome in the space at all. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a store. I would never go back to this location. It’s rather unfortunate that the store and the team treated me this way as I was really excited to buy my very first Diptyque in Vancouver! However, I don’t think I’ll be shopping with the company again as this experience has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. I cannot believe that we are racializing and profiling people in the big year of 2026. Do better. *I have also submitted this review to the customer service team of Diptyque. I hope other people don’t have such an experience at this location, and the corporate people do something about it.

  I stopped into Diptyque while visiting Vancouver, mainly to explore the fragrances I’d heard so much about. The boutique was incredibly busy, yet Amisha was managing the entire space on her own with remarkable grace and genuine kindness. Despite the rush, she made the experience feel calm, welcoming, and personal. Amisha helped me find the perfect fragrance without any rush, then thoughtfully introduced me to a few others layered in combination. The experience was so memorable that the next day, on my way to the airport, I returned to purchase a second fragrance as well. During my second visit, another associate was there who was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. The two of them are truly the heart of the store. Their kindness and care made the experience unforgettable and turned a simple visit into something special. I’m now a loyal Diptyque customer for life — not only because the fragrances are extraordinary, but because the level of service is just as exceptional.
