  Diptyque has me in a chokehold as a fragrance house, and the customer service I experienced with John was amazing. Not only was he attentive, patient, and friendly with me, but he was equally warm and welcoming with the other customers in the store. He walked me through each fragrance in great detail and even remembered which ones I liked most - even after I had already forgotten. He also put together a discovery set for me and suggested I take a photo to help keep track of my favorites. Thank you for your help, John. I definitely will be back!

  I had the best experience at Diptyque Pacific Centre thanks to Vincent! He was so kind, patient, and super helpful. He really took the time to understand what kind of scent I was looking for and guided me through different options without any pressure. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and his knowledge for fragrances made the experience so enjoyable. 🥰 Thanks to him, I found my perfect scent! He made me feel welcomed and made the whole shopping trip fun and personal. If you ever visit Diptyque Pacific Centre, definitely look for Vincent — he’s amazing! 💕✨

  The staff member assigned to us was extremely unpleasant. From the beginning, her demeanor felt pressuring—she kept staring at me intensely, almost like she was scrutinizing every move I made. Her tone and choice of words were harsh and rude, even while offering help. Overall, she created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. At one point, I had to ask her to stop because it became overwhelming. Only then did she suddenly switch to being overly nice and claim she “just wanted to help” and offer samples. The drastic change in attitude was confusing and frustrating, as it made it seem like my discomfort wasn’t valid. Despite the poor interaction, I still purchased a bottle because I genuinely loved the scent. However, my experience with this particular staff member was genuinely unpleasant, and it left a negative impression on the customer service at the store.

  I had an amazing experience with Amisha who helped me pick out a perfume for my girlfriend at Vancouver location. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly, making the entire process enjoyable. She took the time to show me a variety of perfumes to try and really listened to my preferences. On top of that, she gave me some free samples to explore, which was a thoughtful touch. To make the gift even more special, she engraved the perfume bottle with names and packaged it beautifully. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

  It was my sister and mine’s first time going into a Dyptique store after wanting to go to one for a couple of years. And of course, being our first time, it could easily be overwhelming for us. But thankfully, Amisha, the lady who helped us, was so helpful and amazing. She asked us which fragrances we previously liked and she was instantly like “Oh! Then you’d like this one!” and when we asked which scents have the notes that we like, she immediately knows which ones to point us towards. She knows the fragrances of the store like the back of her hand and it was such a pleasant experience. So much so that it was so easy for me and my sister to decide which fragrance to get since they’re the ones that both suits us and we genuinely like. We didn’t even hesitate because that’s how easy Amisha made the choosing process for us even though we had a ton of options. The store itself has a pleasant and inviting atmosphere and everyone who works there seemed really professional and nice. Overall, it was a great experience at the store and honestly, Amisha’s probably one of, if not, the best salesperson I’ve met.
