  My girlfriend and I decided to stop by this location on our visit to Vancouver since we've heard about Diptique's fragrances and didn't want to miss the chance to smell them in person. From the moment we walked in the staff was super friendly and helpful. A sales associate guided us though the fragrances and helped us find the fragrances that we liked the most. They were super patient with us as we took our time to look and compare them and gave great recommendations! I believe their name was Sothea but I'm not entirely sure on the spelling. We were excited to visit the store and it seemed like the sales associate matched our excitement with made the whole process so much fun! Would highly recommend visiting the store for the experience and the fragrances themselves were surprisingly complex and layered. There were so many great options among their long lineup and I can definitely see myself picking up some more down the line!

  Beautiful store! amazing product(s) candles and perfume scents. Diptyque has always been our favorite, even in our travels, so great to have one here in our city Vancouver! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this beautiful shop.

  I’ve been to this location before with two other friends and we were treated well. Although, I came back yesterday and no one spoke to me once upon entering. There were two sales associates helping customers. However the one on the sales floor was standing next to me and never said anything or asked if I needed help. This went on for at least 5-7 mins. I understand she was attending to the other customer. But to not even speak to any other guests is so strange. I’ve worked in retail. Greeting new visitors, while also maintaining your assistance to the current customer is standard practice. I assume she finally noticed I was just waiting for someone to help me, and still instead of saying “I’ll find someone for you” or even saying literally anything… She knocks the back room door and a third male associate appears and helps me. He was helpful and kind, and I appreciate it. However, there needs to be better customer communication training with staff that are on the sales floor. Probably won’t be back to this location and will purchase online.

  I had the most incredible experience at the Diptyque store in Pacific Centre in Vancouver, and I felt it truly deserved to be shared. This was my very first time visiting Diptyque, and John was the one who helped me. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, kind, and genuinely funny, which immediately made me feel comfortable. What stood out the most was that he never made me feel pressured to buy anything—something that can be rare in retail. Instead, he took the time to guide me through the different scents and thoughtfully helped me choose my very first Diptyque candle. I was shopping with my mom and sister, and even though they weren’t purchasing anything, John made them feel just as included in the experience. He engaged with all of us in such a natural and welcoming way, which made the whole visit feel even more special. John was also incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much about the brand and its fragrances in a way that felt engaging and personal, not overwhelming. You could tell he truly cares about what he does and about creating a meaningful experience for customers. It ended up being the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. I don’t live nearby—it’s actually a ferry ride for me—but I will absolutely be coming back, purely because of how wonderful the experience was. Even now, when I burn my candle, it reminds me of how special that visit felt. John really went above and beyond, and I hope he gets recognized for the level of care and service he provides. If you’re thinking about exploring Diptyque or just want a truly memorable shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting the Pacific Centre location.
