  I was also treated rudely by a blonde (dyed), three times! The same woman. She acted bored, disinterested and impatient with me twice while I was trying to buy! I went back 2 weeks later to ask about a product I had purchased which she said would last 2-3 months and it lasted less than 2 weeks! She made a snide comment to embarrass me, which it did. She was so nasty I never want to go back. As much as I like the products at MAC, I think I’ll visit Sephora.

  Amazing experience at Tsawwassen I was looking for a shade similar to one the company discontinued, the young lady helping me had no idea what shade I was referring to. She says don’t worry we have a lady here who knows every colour! She goes and gets this lady, this lady did in fact know the exact tones I would like based off my previous fav! I’ll be back to shop here!

  Totally disappointed by the customer service at this location. Colleagues are biasing the customers. It was so rude that you are just focusing on one person for 20-25 minutes and saying others that you are busy. And interestingly you are ignoring others!!! Waited almost half an hour just to ask something!!!
