  Visited here to purchase gifts but did not like the unprofessional behaviour of one staff member by the name of Jassica. She was very rude and unwelcoming. I had asked a worker passing by to help, when she stopped to help, Jassica pulled her away saying she had another task to tend to instead. I found that really weird and unprofessional. Horrible customer service. The lady willing to help me was very kind and apologetic however. Upon inquiring from her after who that rude lady was, she said her name was Jassica and I was shocked to find out she was a manager. Do better Sephora, this is the kind of “managers” you hire?

  I have been helped by Akam twice at Sephora, even today she is amazing every time. She is polite, patient, and very professional, really appreciated her service.

  I normally don't leave negative reviews and I've debated for a while on whether to write this but all the other reviews that describe that Manager Lisa's behavior are true and people should shop at other locations. I don't know what she said to get hired but her conduct is incredibly unbecoming of anyone who leads a team. In one single visit I witnessed her be incredibly condescending to another customer in front of me in line to pay that didn't understand the return policy and also proceeded to speak quite rudely to another staff member for "taking too long helping a customer" I have never seen a staff member get scolded for being helpful at any other Sephora and reading the other reviews of this location where people were being dismissed when asking for help ... Well it seems like Lisa is causing that issue. All the other staff I interacted with were so sweet and helped me find some lovely presents for my daughter. All I can say is that I haven't been back since and I hope by this time Sephora has already retrained her or put someone with better integrity in place to represent their brand.

  I had a very bad experience at Sephora Tsawwassen. The staff at the front were amazing and helped me find everything quickly, but my experience was completely ruined by i believe her name is Jessica she was wearing glasses and red bangles at checkout. She was rude, judgemental , and unhelpful when I had trouble logging into my Rouge account. Instead of assisting, she told us to move aside and wasn’t having any knowledge about the app. Thankfully, another staff member apologized and was very sweet, but Jessica’s attitude left a really bad impression.
