I had asked a worker passing by to help, when she stopped to help, Jassica pulled her away saying she had another task to tend to instead. I found that really weird and unprofessional. Horrible customer service. The lady willing to help me was very kind and apologetic however. Upon inquiring from her after who that rude lady was, she said her name was Jassica and I was shocked to find out she was a manager. Do better Sephora, this is the kind of “managers” you hire?
