  Excellent Customer Service by Rose at MAC, Tsawwassen Mills I visited the MAC store at Tsawwassen Mills today, and I was assisted by a sales associate named Rose. She was incredibly patient and friendly, helping me try multiple lipstick shades until I found the perfect one. I truly appreciated her professionalism, product knowledge, and the time she took to ensure I was completely satisfied. Her exceptional customer service made my shopping experience wonderful. Thank you, Rose!

  Hi..this is first time I’m writing a review.. but this is really important to share my experience today in Mac store..the staff was so rood.. I feel offended..two white women ..treated me badly.one was shouted . I suggest you guys please don’t go to this location.. I hope there manager read this..

  The staff is really rude especially the manager, I shopped here on Monday, November the 20th. I asked the representative especially before making a 250$ purchase, if it was ok to do a price match on black friday. They mentioned that it was not going to be a problem, I can definetely do a price match or make a return on Friday. When I went in on Friday, to ask for a price match. The representative straight up refused and mentioned no such conversation happened straight to my face, and straight up changed the story to 'not on friday but any other day' which is entirely false as theu had a new policy setup for no returns on friday. The manager came and said that no such thing happened, where as the manager wasn't even there in the first place to witness. They setup an expectation, that was promised and never came to terms with it, to make matter even worse for me, they called in security. As a customer, i feel like I have been stolen from, if you can't respect your own word, how can you expect me or any customer who like the product and genuinely end up spending a couple grand a year to stay loyal? I have attached a photo of the manager (blonde) and customer service rep (black hair) , as you see them calling security on a customer who stayed calm even after listening to their lies

  We walked in the store when it was empty, because my friend wanted to return some old, empty containers. We looked around a little bit, but when we were talking and looking at stuff, the two ladies were just staring at the door or not even wanting or interested to help us so we walked out because they obviously did not need our business. Even though it was obvious that we were a big fans of the MAC Cosmetics from the amount of empties we had. it’s no wonder that place is always empty. The two ladies just want to get paid for doing nothing.
