She says don’t worry we have a lady here who knows every colour! She goes and gets this lady, this lady did in fact know the exact tones I would like based off my previous fav! It was so rude that you are just focusing on one person for 20-25 minutes and saying others that you are busy. And interestingly you are ignoring others!!!
