I must say she puts her 100 percent endeavours in her services. I personallly has wonderful experience with her services , she suggested products according to the individuals skin and the best way of their use. - MSmaya sparkesJul 19, 20251.0i went in to buy a perfume for my mom which was $115. i wanted to pay $30 in cash. when i was waiting in line one of the lady’s told me i had to go to customer service because they don’t take cash. i walked all the way around the mall just to come back with a gift card that had my cash on it. im trying to pay but my card isn’t working now. at this point it had almost been 1 hour and a half of me just trying to do everything to purchase one item from them. i get my friend to come try and use her card as she was in a different store. while im waiting for her to come the cashier is saying “hopefully she has money” and chuckles at me. also said to me “maybe there’s an insufficient balance” and chuckles again. she was so rude and impatient with me. the name on my receipt is “doris”. keep in mind i’m still in highschool. her being a full grown adult and being so condescending and rude to a teenager who was spending her money for her moms birthday present was so bitchy and rude. i’ve never made one of these reviews but somebody(manager) should know how rude she was to me my whole time i was there.
