  I’ve been to this location a few times, and have had a wonderful experience with Alice! She is extremely sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. In my opinion, she is a model employee. I would also like to highlight that I have had a positive experience with most other associates in store. ❤️ Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I had a less than stellar interaction with Vans. She was dismissive and evasive regarding Sephora policy, while I was trying to gain clarification regarding it. I’ve been a Rouge member for years, and this was the first time I’ve ever had such an absurd experience at Sephora. I suppose I’ll just have to wait for a different associate during my next visit, as I’d hate to further inconvenience cashier Vans.

  Their service was really good. I went their with a list of items that I wanted answer and two of the employees helped me find those. They were genuinely very helpful. I had a great shopping experience. Thank you sephora 🤗

  I visited this store 10153 king george. Staffs were so friendly they helped me finding exact shade match of foundation. I visited other sephora store but there employees did not helped me much. But in this store i think so her name was tinhya was amazing and also another lady sorry i dont know her name she was wearing specs. They both were amazing
