  I had such a great experience at Sephora today! I went in feeling a bit indecisive, but Amrit and Siobhan totally saved the day. I was stuck in that classic internal debate between a MAC product and another brand, and Amrit was so incredibly patient with me. She didn’t rush me at all; instead, she walked me through the pros and cons of both until I felt confident about which way to go. Then, I ran into a bit of a snag—the specific shade I’d been hunting for was out of stock. That’s when Siobhan stepped in. She managed to find an exact replica of the shade I wanted in a different brand. It was so spot-on that I actually changed my mind and went with her recommendation instead! They are both such lovely ladies and made the whole shopping trip feel easy and fun. If you’re heading in, definitely look for them—I know I’ll be reaching out to them next time I’m there!

  This has been the most unprofessional establishment I've stepped foot in. Within the first 5 minutes Of entering this store I had been asked around 5 times by different employees if I had needed anything. I am a very quiet person and like to browse. After around 10 minutes of browsing the store the floor manager asked me "how'd it go?" And that she noticed me browsing for awhile. This is a store, I feel like I should be allowed to browse. Anyways, I asked this lovely employee if I was able to get my brows down and she asked the brow lady if she had any space for me. She then told me to wait in the chairs and it will be a couple of minutes. Within a minute of me sitting in the chair, another incredibly rude employee had asked me what I was doing and that those chairs were reserved for people getting their makeup done. I informed her that the other employee told me to that I can wait in the chair and she gave me an incredible amount of attitude and said not to sit there next time. She then started cleaning and wiping the counter right where I was sitting. I quickly left right after. Incredibly disappointed with this experience.

  Worst Sephora being too . I saw in perfume department a sales associate chatting with her friend and saw me that I was seeking for help and ignored me , another associate by 2 face came and told me to get help myself instead of calling for help . They might as well not be working if I had shopping by myself .
