    i had such an amazing experience at this sephora thanks to simmi!!! (hope im spelling that right) while checking out, i asked if they had any shampoo samples available and she explained that while they don’t at the moment she could make me samples (how amazing). even though they usually offer this service for makeup she went out of her way to make this work for me. she told me to browse around while she gets everything ready, and she came back with three samples in a bag, a shampoo, conditioner and a hair mask! she explained that this is the brand she personally uses and loves and recommended i give it a try for my specific hair type as she asked my hair type before hand. she also stated she loves uses the hair mask for slick backs which was perfect as i always do a slick back for work, she also mentioned its a great alternative to using gel as its hair care and style in one which i found really helpful and good to know. she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me instead of rushing me out. she even asked my name after i asked for hers which made the experience feel even more personal and thoughtful. i usually never write reviews and especially this long haha but i absolutely had to, this was truly above and beyond customer service and it made my day. this store is lucky to have her!

    I love Sephora but this location is not the best if you’re looking for help. I was there yesterday and not one person stopped to ask if I needed help. They were zipping past me so fast I couldn’t even make eye contact with them to get their attention. I’ve experienced this before at this location and so have a few people I know. It feels like they only approach people who look like they’re going to buy something which is terrible…

    Today i went sephora just for a skin test .one of your employee may be her name is noura she helped us a lot even though device is not working but she is so calm and treat us So well. She is so nice and coperative. Really god bless her with calmness and sweetness.

    I’ve been a loyal customer to Sephora for many years and on countless visits, I’ve had interactions with staff that made me feel uncomfortable due to comments about my presence in the store. This has happened more than once and with different employees. I want to be clear that I wasn’t doing anything unusual, but the remarks felt unnecessary. Commenting on how often a customer shops, what they are purchasing, and how much money they spend, is unprofessional, invasive, and inappropriate. It creates an environment where customers feel monitored rather than welcomed. I’m confident Sephora doesn’t consider this an acceptable customer interaction. I’m raising this because it reflects a training and culture issue, not a one‑off moment. I enjoy Sephora, but these interactions make me hesitant to return. A level of professionalism and consistency is expected with this brand, and that standard is being failed by the company. I trust this will be addressed so customers can shop without being scrutinized or made uncomfortable.
