    I was at Indigo today and got a book. Saw a Sephora here, I needed to get a blush and some other things. There was a great young girl named Anthonika. She was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much ๐Ÿ’“ I will be back. And the best thing about thus Sephora it was very quiet so you can ask questions and get all the help you need.. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š

    While the in-service team is super helpful, their curbside service is terrible. I use a wheelchair and I use curbside to save me time from unloading my chair and reloading. Iโ€™ll use the app to let them know I have arrived for my order pick up and then I have to wait for quite some time before I then am left to call their store and tell them that Iโ€™m waiting. They have told me before that itโ€™s just easier to come into the store and Iโ€™m forced to apologize for being in a chair. Just now I was scolded for parking behind the store for curbside but all of the spots in front, including the disabled spot, were taken. Better training is needed. The amount of money I drop at this place is ridiculous considering how crappy I am treated as a customer.
