I use a wheelchair and I use curbside to save me time from unloading my chair and reloading. I’ll use the app to let them know I have arrived for my order pick up and then I have to wait for quite some time before I then am left to call their store and tell them that I’m waiting. They have told me before that it’s just easier to come into the store and I’m forced to apologize for being in a chair. Just now I was scolded for parking behind the store for curbside but all of the spots in front, including the disabled spot, were taken. Better training is needed. The amount of money I drop at this place is ridiculous considering how crappy I am treated as a customer.

Luke, Karam and their manager Jackie were so helpful choosing items that would be suitable for a girl her age, taking into consideration my budget AND what’s currently popular! To top it off they also provided enough samples to practically fill a stocking! I have no doubt she will be thrilled! Thank you Grandview Sephora! I left the store filled with Xmas Spirit 🎁You guys are the best ❤️

Her tone was rude, unwelcoming, and far from what we expect at Sephora. The lack of basic hospitality and customer care was obvious. It’s clear she needs additional customer-service training, because interactions like this will cause the store to lose customers. I hope management addresses this issue seriously.
