I asked the cashier to explain the refund process before doing anything, but she didn’t know the procedure at all. She checked with the manager, but I have no idea what the manager said because the cashier just went ahead and processed the return without telling me anything. When I asked what they had done, the cashier had no answer. I asked for the manager, and the manager was honestly horrible — instead of helping, she only argued and showed zero professionalism. This is not the kind of service I expected.

- MMMinOct 28, 20254.0This is a quieter Sephora in Surrey with good stock, but my only complaint is they will never give you samples with your purchase. I’ve spent $500 on 3 occasions and they’re always somehow out of samples. Why shouldn’t I just try out the products in store and order online to get extras and samples and the proper Sephora experience. I’ve gotten samples at Langley, Metrotown, and even sometimes Guildford which is a busy store, so idk what Grandview is doing with their samples that they never have any, are always sold out of bday gifts, etc.

- MSMonica SahSep 12, 20251.0visited the store today and had a very negative experience with the manager. From the moment she saw me, she looked me up and down with an attitude and appeared jealous. On top of that, she looked completely unkempt her face and hair were messy, which I found surprising for someone representing Sephora. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her behavior also came across as discriminatory, as she treated me differently because of my race. When I later went to another Sephora location with the same issue, the staff there resolved it right away without a problem.
