You don’t get acknowledged when you walk in because you’re not one of them. I would rather go all the way to Metrotown or Robson to purchase my makeup than come here again. As a hair stylist and cosmetologist, I’ve been a client for nearly 30 years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a MAC.
