    I was not greeted when I entered tonight. Both workers were busy cleaning up. An entire 30 mins before closing time. I was intending to buy something for my girlfriend but I guess they don’t want my business

    I love Lush and the products are amazing and most of the staff are so kind and welcoming. I’ve always had great experiences with most of the staff, but I’ve had repeated negative interactions with one employee - I believe she is a manager or assistant manager (she has colored hair and a septum piercing). Both times I’ve encountered her, she’s been cold, unfriendly, and unapproachable. She didn’t greet me, gave unfriendly looks, and her body language made me feel uncomfortable. This is very different from the warm, cheerful atmosphere that other associates provide and that Lush is usually known for. It’s disappointing to feel unwelcome in a store I normally love visiting, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously. One employee’s attitude should not overshadow the great service the rest of the team provides.
