    When you're a senior citizen, have put on some pudge, and have gray hair, you're often overlooked by staff in stores. Not so at the Lush store in Guildford! Service at this location is remarkable. Special shoutout to Kay and Sumeer, in particular. Kay patiently and thoroughly outlined options and provided product details. Sumeer was friendly and very supportive of his colleague. (Also, the products are phenomenal; try the soak and float to replace your shampoo.)

    I was not greeted when I entered tonight. Both workers were busy cleaning up. An entire 30 mins before closing time. I was intending to buy something for my girlfriend but I guess they don’t want my business
