The lady made a mess like a mushroom haircut , Only the top hairs are remaining and left back & left side are completely trimmed and back right side has hairs. If i dont say to match on both she was ready to send us out like that. She tried to match but mess is beyond matchable as one side its complete sweeped and other side was correct. I had to come out arguing and she is going in the system for next time to keep in mind on how to do haircut. Anyone want to use trimmer rather than scissor first ask and then proceed but here it's busy to finish in 2 mins The management of the Great clips should not hire hair stylist without any skills/practice & just try to earn money . Please don't give them target for 2 mins haircut. Its a shame on you people. Its my 4th haircut for my son apart from 1st, rest all worse and this 4th one is horrible. I remember in covid times i asked my wife to the trim in the backside where i cannot reach and we still made it 100 times better than what the lady did. Even if given free haircut next time i wouldn't go for Great clips in Fleetwood

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
