I understand they probably do it for comission but it gets very annoying if multiple associates keep asking. My last experience at this Richmond Centre Sephora wasn't great with the cashier, he asked me if I wanted a free bag to put my purchases in and I said yes, but he didn't give me one at the end and simply handed me my products and receipt and said "bye." Why bother asking this question when he won't even provide one? I felt like he was so stuck up the whole time, he really did not seem interested in this job.

On both visits I noticed a drop in standards… the cast don’t even wear makeup anymore or brush their hair?? They all look sloppy and careless. There was a sweet girl in the fragrance section who helped me check out quickly with her mobile checkout so that was convenient and worth 2 starts.
