An amazing lady “Lilly” helped me alot, she even spoke to my mother on video call to recommend her foundation shade. She went extra mile which is what customer service is. She is talented, well spoken and multilingual. She is just not a regular sales person, she is a personalised sales person who is talented in the field of beauty. She is beautiful in and out. Whenever I am visiting again probably going to her store again just like last time wherein I went for two consecutive days just to shop from her. Company should reward employees like her. Wish her all the success and happiness.

When asked questions, they barely wanted to talk to me. Terrible customer service. The lead person (yellow long hair Asian lady) was rude and snobbish. I wonder why did they put so many sales associates when they don’t bother to welcome and help customers.
