  I felt like I was being followed around in this store, getting questioned constantly if I needed any help. I understand they probably do it for comission but it gets very annoying if multiple associates keep asking. My last experience at this Richmond Centre Sephora wasn't great with the cashier, he asked me if I wanted a free bag to put my purchases in and I said yes, but he didn't give me one at the end and simply handed me my products and receipt and said "bye." Why bother asking this question when he won't even provide one? I felt like he was so stuck up the whole time, he really did not seem interested in this job.

  What happened to Sephora!!? I haven’t gone to Sephora in a couple of years but I made two visits in the last month or so. On both visits I noticed a drop in standards… the cast don’t even wear makeup anymore or brush their hair?? They all look sloppy and careless. There was a sweet girl in the fragrance section who helped me check out quickly with her mobile checkout so that was convenient and worth 2 starts.

  I think her name was Amrit but she was super helpful with what I was needing. I was looking for a concealer that worked for my concerns. Amrit was readily available to help me with finding one that worked for me. She gave me lots of recommendations and tips. The cashier was also very sweet and complimented my nails but didn’t catch her name. Overall, great experience at Sephora and will be returning again.

  Very disappointing experience. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that items could be returned within 30 days even if used. No usage limit was mentioned at all. When I came back to return the item within 30 days, I was suddenly told it was “too used” and given a completely different explanation. This inconsistency feels misleading. I also chose the 100ml smaller size specifically because it was my first time trying the product. Expecting customers to stay under an unspoken usage limit for such a small size is unreasonable. What made this worse was the staff’s attitude — instead of handling the issue professionally, security was called and I was asked to leave, over a simple return discussion. Poor transparency and unacceptable customer service.
