  I want to share feedback regarding the associate who assisted me last November 8, 2025, 5PM. (around 5'7 Black woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). When I asked about the promo box, she initially told me I needed to purchase more, but another staff member corrected the information and instructed her to give it to us. After that, her attitude shifted. She seemed visibly irritated while walking us to the cashier, and even when she repacked the box after I asked to include another item. As we were leaving, she gave us an annoyed look and walked away when we passed by her. I’ve always had positive experiences at Sephora, so this interaction was unexpected.

  The sales associates at this store were super nice and really helpful. They explained everything I needed which I really appreciated. Lauren at checkout was especially friendly and polite. I’d love to come back!!

  Kindly suggest if ur not happy to see costumers returning just change the policy. If u always have a doubt the returned products has been used ,just seal everything so u will know if they have been opened. The eye rolling ,disrespectful attitude is unnecessary . Most of ppl went to return bcoz they changed their mind or they might get some other brands instead ,not every costumer retuned the used products . For ppl who really have not open the item ,have not use the item will feel very offended. Two stars is for the staffs who helped me to look for products I want . 0star for the male cashier who helped me return the concealers on nov6th 3:41pm.(already told him the reason why I’m returning them is bcoz my frd told me that brand is not for mature eyes,and I bought them for mom whom is 74years old ,meanwhile I have purchased two other brands of concealers for her. First time in my life to receive this kinda bad energy , almost make u feel u have done sth really bad to him. Again if u don’t welcome costumers to go return or change just say so and we r ok with that , not saying one and doing another .thank you .

  I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora today, and it’s all thanks to Paniz P. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand what my fiancé and I were looking for, and her product recommendations were spot-on! Paniz didn’t just suggest products — she explained why they would work for our skin types, walked us through application tips, and made sure we felt confident about our choices. Her passion for beauty, skincare, and customer care truly shows. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much heart and genuine effort into helping customers, and Paniz absolutely did that. We left the store 100% satisfied and more informed, all thanks to her! Highly recommend speaking to Paniz if you visit this Sephora — she is a true gem! 💎

  Went to pick up a birthday gift from this location. After not being able to find a product I wanted to purchase, I went ahead to the counter to just get the gift. The cashier Nisha was not very enthusiastic nor friendly. The interaction left a poor taste in my mouth. All the other associates in the store were helpful or tried to be. Why put someone who is not keen on customer service at the cashier where the customer is guaranteed to have interaction with them? However, judging from the interaction, I’m unsure how helpful she would be working the floor either. I give Nisha zero stars, the two stars go to the rest of the team who provided adequate service while I tried to locate items in the store.
