She was very personable and professional, and she could tell I was in a bit of a rush, so she still made the whole process smooth and efficient. She really knows her stuff and shade matched me perfectly, and even helped me find a winter shade for when my tan fades. Highly recommend seeing her!

The clerk said the Gift with purchased expired, which was incorrect; I trusted them to tell me the truth, I reread the email about the promo later, unsure why they would give incorrect information; this affected how much I spent, I would have spent maybe 15 dollars more to get the promo. Only 1 of 2 store front clerks greeted me. The one clerk who did assist, did help with finding the right shade, was friendly in demeanor and did have good make up knowledge. Because of the above factors during this visit, I rate 3 stars. This is the first time I visited the Richmond MAC location, hopefully next time will be a better experience.
