Staff look like they hate their jobs and when asked about tax exemption for native status and gift wrapping they said they don't offer either. Man came from the back and was extremely rude. Take the trip to Tsawwassen instead at least they gift wrap there.

There’s no customer service in this store. It’s a stark contrast to their Robson and Metrotown stores who always have pleasant service. This one sticks out like a soar thumb to be honest. Only giving 2 starts because I liked the convenience of location being in the outlet mall.
