She was arrogant, treated me like I was dumb, and ignored everything I said, claiming she “knew better.” The result? The worst haircut ever, uneven lengths everywhere, totally unprofessional. To make things worse, it cost $24, which is far too expensive for such poor work. I even had to go to our regular hairdresser and pay again to repair the damage, though some parts were simply irreparable! Honestly, I’m still angry I even paid. I should get my money back plus compensation for the stress and frustration this caused. This was my son’s first holiday in Canada, and all the pictures are ruined. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
