- TNTiana NFeb 17, 20262.0I came into the Port Coquitlam Great Clips yesterday February 16th looking to get a hair cut and get my bangs trimmed and loved the after result until I got home and straightened it and noticed that my bangs were not only unevenly cut but a section of my bangs was half an inch shorter then the rest of my hair which really upsets me!!

Online Check-In does not open until 5 minutes after opening so I am there at opening time to do walk-in. And then I wat 45 MINUTES because lo and behold, I was checked-in after the online check-ins were able to secure their spots. Someone else walked out while I was waiting. Extremely disappointed that the stylist's did not even accommodate me after waiting 45 minutes and explained that I could not online-check in cause it was closed.
