- RIReese Alexandra Irwin3 days ago5.0This location can be super busy and the bar for customer service is very low these days but I have to commend this Sephora for excellent customer service the past few times I’ve been. At Christmas I was looking for a fragrance for my husband and the sales associate went out of her way to check online stock, back room stock, and let me know I could call Metrotown (which I did, and the sales associate there was equally helpful). Today I went in for a restock and it was incredibly busy. The sales associate calmly helped me by looking up stock online, asking me if I needed anything else, and helped me compare and swatch concealer. She even let me know I could pay with her if I was done and didn’t want to wait in line! I’ve been consistently impressed with how helpful sales associates are at this store and despite how much I dislike the busy atmosphere I’ll continue to go in person for their customer service.

She was so kind, patient, and really took the time to pick out products that suited me and I ended up loving what she recommended and buying it! On top of that, I also received the free birthday gift, which made the whole visit even more special. Customer service like this makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!
