    Had an amazing experience the other day with Emilia. She was extremely kind and willing to help. It was very busy but she still made me feel important while still helping others. She shared lots of knowledge with me. I came in not knowing much and left feeling confident with my new products. Thank you Emilia !!!!!!

    I have never had such a horrible experience. I ordered face cleanser and perfume online and receieved hair spray and hair oil. I spoke to customer service online, they were very rude. Told me the only option was to return the wrong items to the store and get a refund. Then reorder the items again. I said I have a newborn and that's why I did not go in store in the first place. They told me to figure it out and have a goodnight and ended the chat. I then called and spoke to someone, she was nice but ended up telling me the same thing. I packed up my newborn and drove 45min one way to the nearest store. They told me they can't give me a refund because these aren't the items that the system says they sent me. I told them that is the whole point I never got my items, I got this and Explained what customer service told me. They then were on the phone for about 15-20mins trying to figure out if they could refund me. Finally they said they would and did. What horrendous customer service, I'm never shopping at sephora again.

    Had an amazing experience at this store. Very busy store but it’s a given due to the holidays around the corner. Was helped by 2 amazing sales associates (emelia and harlene). Both were so helpful in helping find products around the store with the chaos that was happening. A lot of products were out of stock but harlene was able to recommend some alternatives to gift my daughter. I was also billed on the side so I didn’t have to wait in the line which i really appreciated as it can get overwhelming in the store. There were also some other wonderful ladies who’s names I did not catch but did ask me if I needed help.

    Poor, mocking service and not good value. Gift buying, sold out of a set. I asked if they could match the set price or provide a discount if I buy all the items individually. The first lady basically laughed in my face and said “Ya, Sephora doesn’t price match” and walked away. Bought them all anyway and at the checkout I was asked and replied that I wasn’t overly satisfied. This lady laughed again and said, “Maybe you don’t know but Sephora is a crazy world. I want stuff for free too, but we don’t always get what we want”. Didn’t get a bag because spending hundreds doesn’t include a bag. I’ll always use a different location in the future buying gifts for my daughters.

    I’ve never had a shopping experience like this before, and unfortunately it was extremely uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I were browsing because he was looking for hair products. We were calm, respectful, and not doing anything disruptive other than trying on the testers that we are allowed to. Yes, we were carrying shopping bags from other stores since we had already been shopping at the mall — which is completely normal. However, instead of speaking to us or handling things discreetly, a staff member hovered around us and then brought a security guard directly into our personal space, positioning him right behind us. I literally said out loud, “No way they brought a security guard,” and only then did the guard step away slightly. That alone shows how unnecessarily close and uncomfortable the situation had become. I also used to work in retail when I was younger, and I understand loss prevention. When there is a concern, it is always handled subtly and respectfully — not in a way that makes customers feel watched, embarrassed, or targeted. This approach was the opposite of that. If carrying shopping bags is enough to warrant this level of surveillance, that is very concerning. The entire interaction felt intrusive and humiliating and completely ruined what should have been a relaxed shopping experience. I expect better from Sephora, especially at a major mall location. This situation should be addressed.
