  I was here the other day and had such a great experience with Emilia. I came in with many questions not knowing much about anything. She was quite busy helping others and was still able to get back to me and make sure I was okay. She helped me with a foundation, colour corrector and concealer. She was very very kind and welcoming. I left feeling very happy and knowledgeable with the products she found for me. Thank you Emilia !

  I visited this location on November 7th, which was my birthday, and I decided to buy a few things for myself. When I reached the cashier, named kal for billing, and mentioned that I wanted to redeem my birthday gift, she made an annoyed face and didn’t even look at me properly, as if she was bothered or disgusted to help. I understand the location can be busy, but it would be nice if staff showed at least a bit of courtesy and interest while doing their job.

  It was very pathetic experience. As a new bee to makeup, I walked in there and told very specifically I need product recommendations and colour match, associate Vasudha told me to go for beauty lessons just assuming I don’t know makeup and the best, put on product on me and asked to tap it myself. And then I think she was still in Halloween mode, told me she will be back and never came back. I’m requesting for her, I was given another associate to try all the products again!

  Every time I visit the Willowbrook location, I leave feeling invisible, judged, and honestly a little broken inside. I went there on Wednesday, Oct 15 around 1:45 pm during my lunch break. I work in the mall, so I stopped by to try on a foundation. The moment I walked in, no one greeted me. Two staff members were standing and chatting, and I felt like I didn’t even exist. I walked around quietly, testing a shade, hoping someone would approach and offer help, but no one did. Even after making eye contact, they turned away. I wasn’t wearing makeup that day because I wanted to test the foundation properly. But the way the staff looked at me made me feel so small, like I didn’t belong there. It wasn’t just disinterest, it felt like judgment, as if I wasn’t good enough to be helped. When I finally asked one of them for help, her tone was polite but cold, no warmth or real effort to assist. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and disappointed. Sadly, this isn’t the first time. Out of about ten visits, only twice I’ve been treated kindly. There’s one lady who has always been so sweet and genuine. She’s tall, brown, with black curly hair. She’s the only one who ever made me feel respected and comfortable. I wish the rest of the staff were like her because she truly represents what good customer service should be. As someone who also works in the mall, I know how important customer service is, and sadly this store consistently fails to make me feel welcomed or valued. I’d rather order online and deal with returns than shop in person here. It’s sad to walk into a beauty store and leave feeling anything but beautiful.
