She's so kind and friendly, and understood exactly what I wanted, and made my hair look stunning!! I loved my experience. Everyone else there is also so polite and has such positive attitudes. Would recommend a lot :))

Unfortunately ive been sick and needed a cut, and went to the cheapest option. Unless you are getting a minimal trim as a lady, I would definitely avoid. My son does however, have amazing results for himself here, and loves his cuts

The stylist was unnecessarily rough with the trimmer, causing pain around the neck. I was also concerned about hygiene as the same old towel was used for both the furniture and the customers. Furthermore, she was so careless with the cape that hair covered my clothes and face, and even my pants. To top it off, she was quite rude when providing the receipt at checkout. I've tried this salon a few times, but the lack of professionalism from this specific staff member makes it hard to return. Better service training is definitely required.
