My daughter had a bad haircut from a different salon company - we asked for a trim and she came out with choppy looking layers and her hair was uneven at the bottom., etc. Kat fixed it! She evened out the cut at the bottom and blended the layers that were still there (she has short hair) giving my daughter a much softer finish to her hair. We will be coming to see Kat again for her next hair appointment.
