I asked the cost and stated I did not need the wash,dry and style (which started at $75 when you add the shampoo and dry) so would like to book for just the CUT. I was told $55 for just the cut, I booked the appointment and when I arrived the hairdresser was finishing up a current client and told me it would be 15 minutes which I found acceptable. Once it was my turn I showed her a picture of cut I wanted to which she then said oh noo we have to shampoo your hair and add dry and style for that cut 😡🤬 Im sorry but that is now over $75. I explained there was a reason I called ahead, I had already washed my hair and did not want to be charged an extra 20 to have it done.She said well sorry but I have to in order to do that cut. I left after spending 35 minutes waiting. What a waste of time!!! 👎👎👎👎👎
