  Was told Sephora has a 30 day return policy on their products if you are unsatisfied. Switched it up and tried a new product which didn’t work for me at all. Took it back after using the product twice, and was told by the cashier that in her opinion it was “too used” to consider exchangeable. No other option given, I was hoping to just switch it back to my regular product that I buy almost monthly from them. Left the store very unimpressed and now left to finish using a very expensive product that does not do what it advertises. Very loyal Sephora customer, never great service in store unfortunately…

  Some of the female workers at the Sephora in the mall are so rude , I was about to buy something but changed my mind after the service I received and once I changed my mind she got sassy then just walked away… 2 workers specifically both dark hair & taller, one with arm tattoos and one a bit more heavy set, not shaming ( just didn’t get the names) really need to learn how to treat customers nicely & get better attitudes.. Do better Sephora.
